This week, Wall Street finally started to focus on the strong earnings environment we’re in. The broader markets rebounded on wave-after-wave of positive quarterly announcements.

This rally came as a welcome relief. However, a word of caution: We may not be completely out of the woods yet. Wall Street loves to “retest” recent market lows, so I wouldn’t be surprised if we had another retest over the next week or so.

In the meantime, this was a busy week for earnings. We had 11 earnings announcements from our High-Growth Investments Buy List, and nine reports from our Elite Dividend Payers Buy List. In your Weekly Update, I’ll run down the latest earnings news and preview what’s ahead for both Buy Lists.
