Cobb family files federal civil rights suit against troopers in traffic stop shooting

The lawsuit alleges two Minnesota State Patrol troopers used excessive force and violated Ricky Cobb II’s civil rights during a traffic stop last year that ended with one of the troopers killing Cobb.
