Dear John,
We cannot wait to welcome you back to TD Place! The health and safety of our guests, athletes, performers and team members is our number one priority.
We are working closely with local and provincial health officials to responsibly and thoughtfully implement new health, safety and cleanliness measures to provide you not only a safe, but enjoyable experience.
Over the next few weeks, we will be outlining these changes to the fan experience for 2021.
While it may be a bit of a different experience from the last time you joined us, we look forward to giving you a reason to cheer and create unforgettable memories with you once again.
WE ARE GOING CASHLESS
In an effort to reduce points of contact between fans at our venue and provide a faster payment experience for you, TD Place is shifting to be cashless at all points of sale with credit cards, debit cards and digital methods as the only payment options.
The next time you visit TD Place for any future event, including Ottawa REDBLACKS, Ottawa 67s, Ottawa BlackJacks & Atltico Ottawa games, concerts or other events, all concessions, tickets and merchandise will need to be paid for with a debit card, credit card or digital methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
DIGITAL TICKETS
TD Place is implementing several changes to make your ticket experience easier than ever. When purchasing tickets or receiving individual tickets by ticket transfer, you will now receive these tickets in a digital QR code format to display on your mobile phone rather than print-at-home.
Similar to a boarding pass, download your tickets to your Apple or Google wallet to store and scan your tickets easily when entering TD Place. LEARN MORE
