It's hard to plan for the future when current plans are hitting so many potholes, but keep your chin up. Learn from the glitches, consider how your approach contributes to the outcome, but pretty much stay the course. Tuesday and Wednesday, your approach is most impressive when you articulate it in writing -- if someone wants you to explain something on the phone, figure out a way to send them an email about it instead.
