Good evening,

Good evening,

E-commerce and buy now, pay later stocks have proved to be pandemic-proof. And this next ASX aspirant will be hoping that momentum can last through to the other side of reporting season.

Tonight, Street Talk can reveal which US-based e-commerce platform – which has an in-house BNPL offering – is getting its ducks in a row for a listing Down Under. The company in question targets customers that it thinks are underserved by rivals such as Afterpay and Sezzle, and is preparing an investor roadshow for September.

Meanwhile, we have an update on the epic saga that is BGH Capital’s quest to take out Village Roadshow. And here’s a hint: an end is in sight.

Finally, Charter Hall was selling its stake in a petrol station REIT on Monday night, and a Quadrant Private Equity-backed outsourcing services business has merged with a rival.

Happy reading,
