Anton Zaslavski, the international DJ better known as Zedd, has dropped $15.2 million to close the deal on Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's Encino home. The contemporary mansion packs in 15,000 square feet of living space comes with many perks, but perhaps the most apt are the built-in DJ station, fog machine and disco lights located in the two-story guesthouse. Elsewhere, Larry David’s daughter and upcoming "Umbrella Academy" star Cazzie David acquired a stunning estate set deep in the mountains above Beverly Hills. The rustic-luxe compound includes a main house, guesthouse, pool house, organic vegetable gardens, al fresco dining patios, an outdoor fireplace and numerous hiking trails.
