Dear John

Summer is traditionally a time when we let go of our general routines, go somewhere different, try something new… But if, like us here at EY HQ, your summer vacation is - once again - more of a staycation, you could be forgiven for feeling a little … stuck.

There’s nothing wrong with routine and ‘showing up’ on your mat is an adage we definitely subscribe to. However, trying something new can uncover a different sensation, a sense of awareness, a feeling of presence that can enliven and enrich the stalest of days.

So, whether you’re a teacher seeking inspiration for theming your classes or a practitioner looking for something a little bit different, check out the ideas below for some ways to ‘zhuzh up’ your yoga practice.

Love,
Esther and the team.
