Monday
Ephesians 6:5
As a slave, I obey my earthly masters with deep respect and fear. I serve them sincerely as I would serve You, Christ.
Tuesday
Ephesians 6:6
I work hard, but not just to please my masters when they are watching. As a slave of Yours, Christ, I do the will of God with all my heart.
Wednesday
Ephesians 6:7
I work with enthusiasm, as though I were working for You, Lord, rather than for people.

I remember that You, Lord, will reward me for the good I do, whether I am a slave or free.

And in the same way, I as a master must treat my slaves right. I don’t threaten them. I remember we both have the same Master in heaven, You–and You have no favorites.
