Monday Ephesians 2:11 I don’t forget that I, a Gentile, used to be an outsider by birth. I was called “the uncircumcised one” by the Jews, who were proud of their circumcision, even though it affected only their bodies and not their hearts. Tuesday Ephesians 2:12 In those days I was living apart from Christ. I was excluded from Your people, Israel, and I did not know the promises You, God, had made to them. I lived in this world without God and without hope. Wednesday Ephesians 2:13 But now I belong to Christ Jesus. Though I once was far away from You, God, now I have been brought near to You because of the blood of Christ. Thursday Ephesians 2:14 For Christ Himself has made peace between Jews and Gentiles by making us all one people. He has broken down the wall of hostility that used to separate us. Friday Ephesians 2:15 By His death He ended the whole system of Jewish law that excluded the Gentiles. His purpose was to make peace between Jews and Gentiles by creating in Himself one new person from the two groups. Zingers from Croft M. Pentz, Tyndale House Publishers 4281.
