2 Corinthians 12:21
Yes, Paul was afraid that when he returned to the Corinthians, God would humble him again because of them. And he would have to grieve because many of them who had sinned earlier had not repented of their impurity and immorality, and eagerness for lustful pleasure.

Paul would go to the Corinthians a third time. As the Scriptures say, “The facts of every case must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.”

Paul had already warned those who had been sinning when he was there on his second visit. Now he was again warning them and all others, just as he had done before, that this next time he would not spare them.

Paul promised to give the Corinthians all the proof they wanted that You, Christ, were speaking through him. You are not weak in Your dealings with us; You are a mighty power among us..

2 Corinthians 13:4
Although You died on the cross in weakness, You now live by the mighty power of God. We, too, are weak, but we live in You and have God’s power--the power we use in dealing with others.
