CHICAGO: The Rose Hotel Chicago O’Hare, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton has appointed Michelle Marvin as director of sales and catering. Restaurant Week takes place January 17 to 31. More than 400 restaurants will participate in the 15-day event, which offers discounted meals and tasting menus.
