This weekend, meet the skydiving chef at Nonna Osteria! This San Antonio spot dishes up homemade Italian food, like a pillowy gnocchi with Eggplant Mousse. Then, journey to Ellen’s in Dallas where the motto is “Grits Rule!”. Lucky for us, they gave Goodtaste the recipe for their famous Cheddar Cheese Grits with spicy Cajun shrimp. Lastly, we visit Robard’s Steakhouse in The Woodlands.
