In other news, Salesforce last week announced it’s focusing on three new areas of innovation aimed at responding to the current business environment. To support customers through these social and economic challenges, Salesforce said it’s committed to humanizing digital interactions, engaging B2B customers with empathy, and optimizing budgets and impact. Adam Blitzer, GM and EVP for the Marketing, Commerce, and Community Clouds, framed the present moment as a triple crisis, encompassing public health, the economy, and racial injustice. Salesforce has moved to address the latter by creating a Racial Equality and Justice task force led by its Equality, Recruiting, Philanthropy, Procurement and Government Affairs teams.
