BY VICKI FERSTEL | Staff writer As East Baton Rouge's fifth municipality, the City of St. George, starts to take shape, there remain plenty of questions. Some of those will be addressed at a press conference today by the St. George Transition District. The press conference is scheduled at 10:30 a.m. at the St. George Fire Department headquarters, Training Room B, at 14100 Airline Highway, Baton Rouge.
