Cassidy out: Sometimes it’s big political news when someone doesn’t run for an office. U.S. Sen. Bill Cassidy, who had never formally gotten into the race for governor, said this morning he won’t be a candidate. Here’s how that announcement could shape next year's race. Bridge relief?
