Cases rise again after days of dropping numbers Coronavirus cases have risen in Scotland after a prolonged dip in numbers, the latest figures show. 'I want the country to be back to normal' That's what the First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said, following yesterday's announcement of Scotland's route out of lockdown.
