EXPRESS FORECAST Today: Partly sunny, breezy. Highs: 65-70. Tonight: Mostly clear. Lows: 40-46. Tomorrow: Mostly sunny, brisk. Highs: Near 60. View the current weather at The Washington Post headquarters. FORECAST IN DETAIL Through Wednesday, the weather is wonderful. We’ll have sunny, pleasant afternoons and cool, crisp nights. By Thursday, though, a cold front brings showers. Then, on Saturday, another period of rain is possible. Today (Monday): A cold front sneaks through the region early on. It kicks up the wind a bit but has little effect on temperature. With lots of sunshine, highs still aim for the upper 60s. Winds are from the northwest at 10 to 15 mph, with some gusts over 20 mph.
