Durant, a 20-year-old Bowling Green State University student who reportedly describes themselves online as "a communist trying to spread the gay agenda," is facing federal charges for vandalizing a pro-life pregnancy center in Ohio. Durant, who is a member of BGSocialists and also known as Soren Monroe, is facing federal misdemeanor charges under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, which makes it a federal crime to intentionally damage or destroy the property of a facility because it provides "reproductive healthcare services." | | School district must let boy use girls' bathroom | Judge Lynn Adelman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin has blocked the Mukwonago Area School District in Wisconsin from implementing a policy prohibiting students from using bathrooms intended for members of the opposite sex in response to a lawsuit filed by the mother of an 11-year-old trans-identified boy. Superintendent Joe Koch stated that the "District will continue to defend Policy 5514 in the interest of protecting the safety, privacy, and wellness of all students."
