Set type #2: "Intuitive Descriptions" You can now write sets like this: 6 x 100s @ 1:30 1 easy 2 fast OR like this: 5 x 150s @ 2:30 - 2 build, 3 descend Basically, you can describe the different repetitions of a set by using totals that add up to the total number of reps (or can be repeated to add up to the total).
