| Big and Little Leprechaun Pies |
Every year, at this time, we make big and littleleprechaun pies. They're fun. They're easy. They're really pink lemonade pies. We just used limeade and went green. They're freezer pies. The filling is almost ice cream in a graham cracker crust. We make the big pies in a glass base springform pan. We peel the outer ring off and cut nice neat slices right on the glass base.
