| | | | This week's top real estate headlines Music multi-hyphenate Pharrell must have not been so "Happy" with his Beverly Hills mansion that he bought from Tyler Perry a little less than two years ago. Pharrell recently put the humongous architectural extravaganza up on the market for a cool $17 million. Meanwhile just down the road, Jordan McGraw, son of TV's favorite psychologist Dr. Phil, found a buyer for his truly wacky house. Anna Shay, a low-key, but wildly wealthy socialite shelled out $5.75 million for the questionably decorated property.
