«Capitalism, Socialism and War» Im Kapitalismus sei der Krieg die Fortsetzung der Konkurrenz der Unternehmen mit anderen Mitteln, behaupten Sozialisten. Es bestehe ein unmittelbarer Zusammenhang von Kapitalismus, Krise und Krieg. Das Gegenteil sei der Fall, sind Liberale überzeugt: Krisen und Kriege entstünden gerade dann, wenn der Staat zu mächtig werde und sich zu sehr in das Wirtschaftsleben einmische.
