| | | | Embracing — and prioritizing — opportunity Adeola Ajani, the founder of 2023 RealLIST Startup Fem Equity, recently shared a cool LinkedIn post about her experience attending a tech-focused event. During the event — Black Tech Week in Cincinnati — she had the opportunity to ask a question of the successful entrepreneur and artist Issa Rae after being selected from the audience. Ajani seized the opportunity to ask a thought-provoking query of Rae, who provided her with valuable advice on prioritizing strategic opportunities despite time limitations.
