A large portion of you indicated an interest in long term food storage for pantry items.
| | | Hi Achternaam, Remember that survey I sent out a few weeks ago? Two big topics of interest emerged. (Besides of course home canning.) Long Term Food Storage Healthy Eating A large portion of you indicated an interest in long term food storage for pantry items. I actually have a bit about that already on Simply Canning. Way back in 2021, (boy have things changed since then!) I started a section all about emergency foods but never really fleshed it out. Check out this post titled Emergency Food Supply. Then please hit reply and ask me your questions. I want to know just what parts are you struggling with? I can't promise to reply to each and everyone of you... but I'll try! This will give me information on what questions to answer in future articles. I may even do some Q and A on our Youtube Channel. And home canning information will always be growing on Simply Canning. |
