When was the last time you updated your ministryâs employee handbook? Because employment laws are continually changing, having an out-of-date employee handbook can be as harmful as not having one at all.

Itâs important to have a licensed attorney in your area review the policies in the handbook before you implement them. Your legal counsel should also review the handbook on a regular basis after implementation to make certain that it remains current with changes in the legal environment.
