Modern Foster Care System Comes to New Mexico The state of New Mexico was already in need of a new system to simplify its foster care file system, but the pandemic made the situation even more urgent. A newly remote workforce was struggling to interact with its COBOL-based system, prompting the change to digital workflows with Binti, a California-based company that also recently contracted with the state of Rhode Island. Binti is a graduate of San Francisco’s Startup in Residence (STiR) program. |
