View email online | | | | | Jan 15, 2021 | | | | | | Good afternoon, We made it to Friday! I think during lockdown it's all about the small wins and we can all congratulate ourselves for keeping going during this tough time. There is incredibly hard work going on across the county at the moment as we battle this pandemic. Not least the scientists at Lancaster University who are developing a vaccine for Covid-19 in the form of a nasal spray which could be a game-changer. Enjoy the rest of your Friday and I think even us northerners need to wear our big coats on the daily exercise! Kind regards, Nicola Thanks for reading.
