What makes these so good? They're made with a Vanilla Bean Baby Cakes mix. A cream cake is always better--denser, moister. The fudge frosting is more fudge than frosting. Warm the frosting in the microwave and dip the cookie tops. Then drizzle a little optional frosting on top. Or spread the frosting with a spatula. The filling is light and airy, made with whipping cream and cream cheese. It's worth every bite. And they're not hard to make. | | | |
