Die Verbraucherzentrale Nordrhein-Westfalen sagt "ja". Um ihre Ansicht gerichtlich überprüfen zu lassen, haben die Verbraucherschützer einen Media Markt in Köln erst abgemahnt und jetzt verklagt. Dieser hatte noch in diesem Jahr das Mobistel Cynus T6 mit Android 4.4 Kitkat angeboten, ohne die Kunden darauf hinzuweisen, dass der Gerätehersteller die Schwachstellen im System wohl nicht mehr beheben wird. Warum die Verbraucherzentrale nicht gleich den Hersteller des Smartphones verklagt? Weil sie die Shops näher am Kunden sieht.
