These are so much fun . . . and so easy. Take your brownies and cut them into shapes. The round ones are cut with a biscuit cutter. Then stick them on a stick and freeze them. You can use melted chocolate or frosting to coat them. We use a tub of premade frosting, heated to dipping consistency in the microwave. We put a cooling rack on a baking sheet and then propped the brownie sticks in the grid of the rack to let the frosting set. Save any drips to be used again. Blondies work too.
