He would edit some dialog and cut a scene or two after the opening weekend and deliver new prints to each theater. The following week, the whole movie would be re-edited and possibly renamed. On week three, it would open in several other cities with no advance notice. The movie times wouldn't be listed anywhere; you'd just have to show up at a theater and hope you picked the right time. A week after that, all of BEN AFFLECK's scenes would be re-shot with MICHAEL KEATON. Which might just possibly make it a better movie. But it would be a little inconvenient to get to.
