~Saint Augustine The allergy tests lit up my back and arms like tiny, four-way stoplights. Angry, red welts flashed their terrible message — allergic to cats, allergic to dogs, allergic to fur. I cried because I knew what this meant. Our pets would have to go. Our family of five lived on the Naval Air Station in Key West, Florida.
