| | Today’s ‘new normal’ has been challenging—to health, to relationships, and even to purpose and spirit. As we move into the holidays these challenges often become more intense, and the hunger for ways to keep calm and balanced is stronger than ever. Franciscan Media is hosting a comprehensive, four-week introduction to Heart Rhythm Meditation (HRM). HRM is a practice that has been known to yield physical, emotional and spiritual benefits—including a sense of calm—for those who practice. |
