Surgeon general speaks: Louisiana's surgeon general told state lawmakers on Thursday that he would have done "just about everything" differently in Louisiana during the COVID-19 pandemic, that public health measures were an assault on personal freedoms, that masks don't work and social distancing is "ridiculous." Alyse Pfeil and Meghan Friedmann have the story. School zone cameras: Following a public outcry, the city is dismissing speeding tickets issued by cameras in school zones outside of the posted times.
