Bonjour! New Orleans is welcoming the president of France, well, about now, after Emmanuel Macron landed at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport just a few minutes ago. Macron will meet with Gov. John Bel Edwards, Mayor LaToya Cantrell and a host of other officials and residents from Louisiana and New Orleans during a whirlwind, one-day tour through the city.
