| Katie Donovan | Founder, Equal Pay Negotiations Katie Donovan is a leading pay-equity expert who founded the Boston-based consultancy Equal Pay Negotiations in 2011. She has played a key role in advocating for pay equity by serving as a founding member of the Massachusetts Equal Pay Coalition, co-president of the Massachusetts chapter of the American Association of University Women, and legislative committee member of the Massachusetts chapter of the National Organization of Women. Since 2016, Donovan’s work has resulted in the enactment of nearly 50 laws and executive orders addressing pay equity and transparency.

| Kate Sylvester | Director of Human Resources, Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund Kate Sylvester leads human resources, focusing on practices that support building a diverse and inclusive workplace. Kate has nearly two decades of experience serving non-profit, cultural, and academic institutions. Her career began in recruiting at The Sierra Club, continued in HR roles at Simmons University and the Dominican University of California, and has included contract HR support for Stanford and Harvard Universities.
