🌦️ Sunshine early Monday will quickly give way to afternoon clouds and rain late in the day. Significant rain is likely nearly statewide with rain turning to snow for some.
☔ Rain showers will reach Interstate 90 by early afternoon Monday and spread north to the Twin Cities by late afternoon and St. Cloud by evening. Rain will turn to snow in northwest Minnesota late Tuesday.

| Mille Lacs Lake anglers can keep two walleye this winter
|
Positive trends in the walleye population of Mille Lacs Lake are prompting the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources to allow anglers to take home two walleye within a certain size. The DNR sets the total harvest for the fishing year with eight Ojibwe tribes that retain treaty fishing rights. The state and the tribes set regulations to stay within their share of the harvest. | |
