Tate named new USC provost William F. “Bill” Tate IV was among three finalists for the post. He was also one of four finalists for the position of USC president last year. He becomes the first African American provost in the university’s history. His selection was unanimously approved by the school’s board of trustees, according to a news release. Hot Properties Keith Mayfield and Phil Rose of Twin Rivers Capital LLC represented the landlord, Meyers Moss LLC, and the tenant, Ashley Correa, in the lease of 420 square feet of office space in Suite 205 at 192 East Bay St. in Charleston. |
