The huge turnout went in favor of former Vice President Joe Biden, who flipped Michigan back to blue after the state went red for President Donald Trump in 2016. But Republican challenger John James refused to concede, issuing a statement Thursday that claimed there is “credible evidence” to warrant an investigation into the results. James did not provide any evidence to substantiate his allegations. Peters laughed out loud when asked what he thought about the James campaign’s allegations. “It’s sad and it’s pathetic. They lost.
