Unprecedented housing market leaves Realtors stunned Michigan Realtors can’t believe what they’re experiencing with the home buying process right now. It’s an unprecedented seller’s market -- very low inventory and historic low mortgage interest rates have created what can only be called a brutal home-buying perfect storm. Their season tally may have changed overnight. In a first-of-its-kind decision, the Michigan High School Athletic Association wiped each postseason game that was forfeited due to a coronavirus quarantine off the ledger.
