| Number of Latino farmers small, but growing | According to the agricultural census, Minnesota is home to about 112,000 farmers. Of those, 650 identify as Hispanic or Latino. That number is growing. Our Report for America fellow Vicki Adame spoke with three different Latino families on their journey of farming and what it means to work in an industry that does not typically look like you.
