Over 21M may lose coverage by 2022 if ACA is overturned More than 21 million people could lose health care coverage by 2022 if the US Supreme Court decides to strike down the Affordable Care Act, representing a 70% increase in the uninsured rate, according to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
