PE to fund high-yield property investments in 2020
In this week’s newsletter, Emily Perryman looks at new research from Cushman & Wakefield which suggests that private equity will be the main source of capital for high-yield investments next year and that non-central business district office assets will top of PE investors’ shopping lists. We also look at another Cushman & Wakefield report which reveals that an additional 32,000 beds entered the UK student accommodation market for the 2019/20 academic year with the private sector delivering 87 per cent of the total. Hammerson secures planning permission for residential development in Dublin | Mon | 9 Dec 2019, 09:55 | Hammerson, on behalf of the Dundrum Partnership, has received planning approval for 107 new apartments at Dundrum Town Centre in South County Dublin.
