BY ADAM DAIGLE | Acadiana business editor Loft18, the Louisiana-based chain of sports bar and grills that feature virtual golf simulator bays, will start construction soon on a Broussard location. The 10,000-square-foot restaurant will occupy the space of the former Ballroom of Broussard at 405 Albertson Parkway and open likely in April, President and CEO Greg Whitman said.
