Ingevity CEO resigns; 'personal conduct' cited Michael Wilson resigned as president and CEO of North Charleston-based chemicals company Ingevity late last week because of “matters relating to his personal conduct,” the company said. The chairman of Ingevity’s board has been appointed as interim president and CEO until a permanent replacement can be found.
