| Construction complete on Summerville industrial building Frampton Construction has finished its first of two heavy industrial buildings that will comprise the Portside Distribution Center. Located near Interstate 26, the Class-A facility was designed for logistics, automotive, manufacturing and other businesses. Developers expect to break ground on the second building this spring.
