| Following Tuesday tornadoes, Sioux Falls to fix alert system | | Sioux Falls mayor Paul TenHaken says some parts of the city did not hear sirens as winds topping 90 miles an hour roared through town and multiple tornadoes damaged dozens of buildings and vehicles.
