Plus: Don't give up yet on a summer holiday, and beware the dangers of stay-home drinking
Dear Reader, Whatever the rights and wrongs of Britain’s pandemic response, one thing the Government has certainly got right is vaccine procurement. The same cannot be said for our Continental neighbours. With quarantine hotels now in place for British citizens and residents who return from a number of holiday destinations and travel corridors all shut down, it may seem that the summer getaway is doomed. Greg Dickinson, however, makes the optimist's case as to why some destinations may yet open up in time. Beautiful to look at, of course, but stained glass windows also tell a story for the faithful.
