Fireworks: Setting off consumer-grade fireworks within Cleveland city limits will continue to be illegal, despite a new state law taking effect July 1 that allows Ohioans to shoot off fireworks on certain holidays, like the Fourth of July. COVID-19 & HEALTHCARE Good news: Medina County is the highest of three Northeast Ohio counties considered among the top 500 healthiest communities in the country, according to the 2022 U.S. News and World Report Healthiest Communities Rankings.
