Trump, beset by legal woes but also planning another presidential run, issued an endorsement in our governor’s race this fall, Tyler Bridges reports. $5.5 million settlement: A man who spent more than three decades in prison before a federal judge overturned his conviction has agreed to a $5.5 million settlement with the city of New Orleans over his claims in a lawsuit that police railroaded him.
